April Student of the Month :: MOLLY ETSCHEID

Molly Etscheid :: English Department Student of the Month

It is the English Division's pleasure to select senior Molly Etscheid as the recipient of the OTHS Educational Foundation's Senior Leadership Award for the month of April. 

Molly is a hard-working young woman who serves as a quiet leader in the classroom. She is independent, reliable, mature, and always maintains a positive attitude. She is eager to learn and strives to always be better. Although she had never taken an Honors English course at OTHS, she successfully completed Advanced Composition I and continues to remain successful in Advanced Composition II. 

As a Journalism student, Molly provides original, creative ideas for the "Pirate Press". She works diligently on her own articles and often writes extra articles to help supplement the monthly editions of our newspaper. 

In addition to her schoolwork, she works two part-time jobs at Farm and Fleet and AnCare Veterinary Clinic in LaSalle. She is also a member of OTHS's track team and plans to join St. Ambrose University's track team next year and major in Sports Management. We wish her continued success in her future endeavors.
